The roads are clear

After a brief snowstorm in early March, the roads continue to be in great shape. There are some rough spots in places as the local highway departments patch potholes and grade some of the dirt roads, but in general the course is in excellent shape! Ride it!

The Tour of the Battenkill continues to surprise and remains the largest (and toughest!) Pro/Am road race in North America. Online registration for the 2012 Tour of the Battenkill Pro/Am opened on Wednesday evening and more than 1800 have registered as of Thursday morning. More than 1000 registered in under 10 minutes. Thanks tomthe excellent preparation, planning, and customer service of the folks at bikereg.com, there were very few problems.
